JB Racing RE Long Filter (CP) Replica Exhaust Baffle for RE BS4 / BS6

The JB Racing RE Long Filter (CP) Replica is a replacement exhaust baffle and filtration core designed for JB Racing replica exhaust systems and compatible aftermarket silencers used on Royal Enfield motorcycles. Engineered to optimize exhaust gas flow while maintaining controlled sound output, this component plays a crucial role in balancing performance, back pressure, and exhaust acoustics.

Designed specifically for Royal Enfield BS4 and BS6 motorcycles equipped with replica exhaust systems, the long filter helps regulate exhaust flow through the silencer chamber while supporting efficient sound attenuation. It is commonly used as a replacement component during exhaust servicing, restoration, or performance tuning when the original baffle or filter element becomes worn, damaged, or clogged.

Manufactured from high-quality perforated steel and heat-resistant materials, the filter is built to withstand continuous exposure to high exhaust temperatures and vibration. The robust construction ensures durability during daily riding, long-distance touring, and demanding road conditions. The chrome-plated (CP) finish provides additional corrosion resistance while enhancing the appearance of the exhaust system.

The internal design allows smooth exhaust gas passage while maintaining the desired exhaust tone associated with replica silencers. By supporting proper exhaust flow dynamics, the filter contributes to consistent engine response and helps preserve the intended acoustic characteristics of the exhaust system.

Installation is straightforward for compatible exhaust setups and can be performed during routine exhaust maintenance. The long-format construction provides effective coverage inside larger silencer bodies commonly found in Royal Enfield aftermarket exhaust applications.

Whether replacing a damaged insert or restoring exhaust performance and sound quality, the JB Racing RE Long Filter (CP) Replica serves as an essential component for maintaining the functionality and longevity of replica exhaust systems.
