1. Business

The Website is an online platform that facilitates the sale and purchase of motorcycle accessories, riding gear, luggage, and related products ("Products and Services") manufactured and sold directly by Autonity under the brand JB Racing, as well as select services offered on the platform. As the manufacturer and direct seller, JB Racing is solely responsible to You for the quality, delivery, and performance of the products purchased through the Website.

  2. You acknowledge that Autonity has the right to change or discontinue any Product or Service at any time, without notice. You further acknowledge that Autonity may add or modify the procedures, modes, processes, or conditions of purchase at any time to adapt to changes made to the Services. You agree that Autonity shall not be liable to You or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of any aspect of the Services or Products.

2. Vouchers

  1. In furtherance of the Services provided and the eligibility criteria stated under the Terms of Use located at the homepage www.jbracing.in, You shall be eligible to purchase Vouchers of a specific monetary value.

  2. JB Racing will facilitate the provision of special deals for particular products/services at a given price. Purchase of such Vouchers will be subject to these Terms of Offer For Sale and any specific product-level terms.

  3. Each Voucher will have necessary redemption instructions printed on it or sent digitally. Vouchers may contain an offer period or expiry date, and You shall use it accordingly. Unless otherwise stated, You will not be entitled to receive any credit or cash-back for the value of an unredeemed Voucher within the stipulated time period. You agree that the Voucher issued is specific to the selected product category (such as motorcycle accessories, riding gear, luggage, etc.), cannot be used for any other non-eligible item, and cannot be combined with other special offers or promotions on the Website.

  4. Vouchers once sold are non-refundable, whether used or not. Only one Voucher is allowed per transaction.

  5. You agree that Autonity / JB Racing shall not be liable in the event You lose, misplace, or destroy Your Voucher at any time.

3. Products

  1. JB Racing, through the Website, makes available a variety of original JB Racing products and accessories at agreed prices. Purchase of such products is subject to these Terms of Offer For Sale.

  2. JB Racing offers SHIPPING for products on the Website as per company policy, which may be modified by JB Racing without prior notice. Octroi or local entry charges, wherever applicable, are borne and paid by JB Racing and not by the User.

  3. All products are manufactured directly by JB Racing and are governed by our internal manufacturing warranty and quality standards. Specific seller/manufacturer warranty terms, if applicable, will be explicitly detailed under individual product descriptions.

4. Services

  1. You take full responsibility for Your own actions in utilizing any services or products purchased, and JB Racing shall not be liable for misuse or improper installation.

  2. You represent that You are of legal age to form a binding contract with JB Racing and are not barred from receiving services under applicable Indian laws.

  3. You confirm that JB Racing shall not be responsible for any deficiency in payment processing attributable to external payment gateways.

  4. JB Racing does not offer refunds against services or products already processed, unless an error has occurred during purchase or redemption that is directly attributable to JB Racing.

5. Pricing Information

  1. JB Racing strives to provide You with the best possible direct-from-manufacturer prices on all our products. However, JB Racing does not guarantee that the price will be the lowest across every regional market or retail channel. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice or consequential liability.

  2. While JB Racing strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, typographical or technical errors may occur. In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect specifications due to an error, JB Racing may, at its discretion, contact You for instructions or cancel Your order and notify You of such cancellation. If JB Racing cancels the order after payment has been processed, the full amount will be remitted back to the original payment account.

6. Delivery of Product

  1. Your shipping address and pin code will be verified against the JB Racing logistics database before You proceed to payment. In case Your location is not serviceable by our delivery partners, we request You to provide an alternate shipping address. JB Racing shall not be held responsible for non-delivery in areas not covered by our courier partners.

  2. If You place multiple orders in a single transaction, JB Racing will endeavour to ship all products together. However, due to package dimensions, product characteristics, or logistics constraints, items may be dispatched in separate shipments to the same address. If You wish to send products to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each delivery location.

7. Governing Law

  1. These Terms of Offer For Sale and the relationship between You and JB Racing shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles.

  2. You agree that all claims, differences, and disputes arising under or in relation to the Terms of Offer For Sale, transactions on the Website, or the relationship between You and JB Racing / Autonity shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, and You hereby accept the jurisdiction of such courts.
